Team
Our team of 70+ experienced real estate professionals is based in three offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. The team includes 30 employees providing comprehensive transaction, asset and fund management services and is supported by back-office functions including fund finance, tax and debt advisory, risk management, research, legal and investor relations.
We provide a variety of strategies across markets and sectors. We manage these on behalf of a range of institutional investors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We also acquire and manage c. EUR 100mn+ assets on behalf of international strategic investors.
