Extensive asset management and execution capabilities across sectors, with decades of combined experience.

Recent acquisitions include an 11,450sqm, fully-let office building in the Lyon's CBD, one large logistics platform in western France and two crossdock platforms along France's main logistic backbone.

Team

Our team of seven French-focused real estate professionals have experience across the real estate sector, including logistics, office and retail. Based in Paris, the team includes Bianca Boué, Head of Asset Management, who has 24 years’ experience and is responsible for transactions and asset management.

Laurent has 25 years’ experience in asset management (AM) and investment management. As well as running the French office, Laurent has overall responsibility for transactions and AM in the region. He has completed EUR 1.5bn+ of transactions since 2015 and previously developed a series of projects in Paris, including Place Vendôme and the 140,000 sq m office in Bois Colombes, headquarters to Aviva, Colgate, IBM and others.

Bianca joined Savills Investment Management in 2016 and has more than 24 years’ experience in the international real estate industry with varied backgrounds in asset management and investment management for core and value add products. She is responsible for seeking market opportunities for our clients and is in charge of the Asset management team covering the French, Belgian and Luxembourg portfolios.
