We at DRC Savills Investment Management continued to gain traction despite a difficult fundraising climate, climbing three places to 11th in this year’s ranking. With over $2.1 million raised, we demonstrated our ability to deliver scale and resilience across European real estate debt strategies.

While overall capital raised for private real estate debt declined sharply in 2024, we attracted strong institutional support by staying focused on core lending sectors and maintaining a consistent, performance-led approach. Our longstanding track record and ability to deploy into senior-secured lending strategies across Europe have positioned us as a reliable partner in a market where capital selectivity has increased.
