Savills IM appoints Lisen Heijbel as head of investment, Nordics

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), the international real estate investment manager, has appointed Lisen Heijbel as head of investment, Nordics.

She will be responsible for originating and overseeing real estate transactions in the Nordics and will report to Peter Broström, head of the Nordics. She will be based in Stockholm and began her role on 1 February.
Lisen has over 15 years’ experience in the investment market, most recently as head of Capital Markets, Sweden, at CBRE. She has also previously worked for JLL in Stockholm and London and holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Following Savills IM’s successful capital raising in Europe in recent years, this latest appointment underlines the firm’s commitment to scaling its presence in the Nordics and further expanding its proposition to investors looking to invest in European assets.
