Savills IM opens Warsaw office

Savills IM announced the opening of a new Warsaw office today, bringing the total number of offices worldwide to 18.

The opening reflects the increasing importance of Poland as a real estate market, as well as the EUR 470m of assets under management already in the country. Owing to this growth, and in line with Savills IM's commitment to having dedicated local teams on the ground in countries we operate in, Piotr Trzcinksi joined as Asset Manager with further recruitment expected.

The opening of a Polish office marks a significant step in Savills IM's European expansion and the further investment activity planned in the country.
