Team
Our team of 16 experienced real estate individuals, some with more than 20 years’ experience in the Spanish real estate market, service a full range of client needs. The Spanish and Portuguese team are based in Madrid, including nine investment and asset managers with five support staff in the financial and legal departments.
This includes Juan Miguel Marinas (head of asset management), who has over 17 years’ experience in the Spanish real estate market; Gustavo Martinez and Michael Reinmuth (co-heads of investment), who have been involved in over EUR 1.1bn of transactions jointly; and Juan Riestra, a director specialising in residential projects.
