Based in Paris, the team includes Bianca Boué, Head of Asset Management, who has 24 years’ experience and is responsible for transactions and asset management.

Laurent has 25 years’ experience in asset management (AM) and investment management. As well as running the French office, Laurent has overall responsibility for transactions and AM in the region. He has completed EUR 1.5bn+ of transactions since 2015 and previously developed a series of projects in Paris, including Place Vendôme and the 140,000 sq m office in Bois Colombes, headquarters to Aviva, Colgate, IBM and others.
