Investment in environmental, social and governance (ESG) sectors has been on the rise for some time. COVID-19 has only accelerated this trend. Harry de Ferry Foster, Head of UK and Fund Director, Charities Property Fund, Savills IM, sat down with Estates Gazette to discuss increasing investor interest in ESG assets, and how Savills IM strives to meet this growing demand.

Harry is Head of UK, responsible for the UK platform's growth, as well as Fund Director for the Charities Property Fund. He oversees all aspects of the management of the Fund, including the portfolio's strategic framework, investments and managing the fund team. Harry has nearly 25 years' experience in property investment and fund management, and joined Savills IM in 2002.
