Savills IM expands its European Residential & Living platform with the hire of Patrick Au Yeung as European Fund Manager

Savills Investment Management (“Savills IM”), the international real estate investment manager, has hired Patrick Au Yeung to take a senior role in growing its European Living platform.

Savills IM has a clear commitment to expand its expertise and product offering in the wider Residential sector across Europe and has secured significant seed capital to achieve this. Patrick’s arrival is a key part of this strategy, and he will work closely with Jon Crossfield, Head of Living in Europe, to advise clients and create a range of products across the sector. Patrick will be based in Savills IM’s expanding Amsterdam office.
Patrick has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate investment management, most recently being the Fund Manager of a €1bn+ European Core Residential fund at Catella. Prior to 2019, he was a Senior Investment & Portfolio Manager of International Real Estate for the Dutch insurer, Syntrus Achmea and from 1998 to 2011 held various positions at ING Real Estate Investment Management.
