Based in London, our Sustainability function develops the company's global environmental, social and governance (ESG) as well as corporate responsibility (CR) strategies, and helps to embed these through local teams and business functions.

Group Finance

Our Group Finance team provides financial leadership and oversees financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting on historical financials. Other services include preparation of financial information for management and external sources, providing tax compliance and general advisory services, finance systems support, treasury services, finance modelling, liaising with local and group auditors and coordination of regulatory requirements.

Fund Finance

Our Fund Finance team provides the finance, structuring and corporate governance expertise for each Savills IM product. It works across seven jurisdictions and six offices, covering all markets where we invest.

The Investment team is the cornerstone of our business, implementing fund strategies with an active approach. It follows the entire life of Savills IM investments from acquisition of properties or portfolios to asset management to disposal. The team encourages a multisector and multidisciplinary attitude, although certain roles are specialised by sector and activity.

Investor Relations

Our global Investor Relations team provides us with an accurate account of external affairs. This helps private and institutional investors make informed decisions on investments.

Our Savills IM legal team provides legal support and oversight of legal risks across the business. Operating a largely outsourced model, the team also contributes to achieving Savills IM's wider business strategy and upholding corporate governance.

Our globally dispersed Marketing team supports the firm's corporate and business development objectives in promoting the business worldwide.

Operations

We provide an operational platform that meets international institutional standards and supports the business in day-to-day operations. The Operations team also identifies strategies and procedures to improve the efficiency of Savills IM globally. The team collaborates with Group Finance in developing and implementing such strategies across all offices, while still providing a continuous and consistent level of support to the systems already in place.

Our Research & Strategy team provides in-depth, top-down research, including leading indicators, forecasting, thought leadership and client presentations, to anticipate trends affecting our business and clients. Located across Europe and in Asia, the team's house views provide timely updates on economic and capital markets and, most crucially, the implications for real estate markets.

 

Risk & Compliance

Our Risk & Compliance team has primary responsibility for the UK office's regulated platform and further responsibility for overseeing and supporting Savills IM compliance globally, with employees based across the jurisdictions where we operate.

The Tax team is responsible for managing the tax affairs of Savills IM and our funds, including transaction structuring, due diligence and ongoing compliance.
